❗ Why was my account permanently blocked?
Your account was blocked because our system detected activity that violates our Terms of Service. This includes (but is not limited to):

Use of a personal account for business transactions without clear business proof,
Mismatched identity or address documents,
Receiving suspicious or unusually large payments without verified business activity,
Attempts to bypass verification or compliance checks,
Signs of fraud, chargeback risk, or misuse of the Tap to Pay system.
We take platform safety very seriously. If fraudulent or non-compliant behavior is detected, your account is permanently disabled to protect other users and payment partners. In these cases:
Payouts are blocked,
Service access is revoked,
And the decision cannot be reversed.
If you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a final appeal by contacting [email protected] with:
A valid proof of address,
Documents proving real business activity,
An explanation of your use case.
However, please note: Appeals are rarely granted, and only if there is clear evidence that the activity was legitimate and fully compliant.
