❗ Why was my account permanently blocked?

Your account was blocked because our system detected activity that violates our Terms of Service. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Use of a personal account for business transactions without clear business proof,


  • Mismatched identity or address documents,

  • Receiving suspicious or unusually large payments without verified business activity,

  • Attempts to bypass verification or compliance checks,

  • Signs of fraud, chargeback risk, or misuse of the Tap to Pay system.

We take platform safety very seriously. If fraudulent or non-compliant behavior is detected, your account is permanently disabled to protect other users and payment partners. In these cases:

  • Payouts are blocked,

  • Service access is revoked,

  • And the decision cannot be reversed.

📄 Can I appeal this decision?

If you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a final appeal by contacting [email protected] with:

  • A valid proof of address,

  • Documents proving real business activity,

  • An explanation of your use case.

However, please note: Appeals are rarely granted, and only if there is clear evidence that the activity was legitimate and fully compliant.
