Once a stock order has been physically delivered, merchants must update its status from Ordered to Received.
This action confirms that the goods have arrived and automatically adds all items from the stock order to the inventory in Y-POS.

The process is simple: swipe the stock order, choose the Receive option, and the system updates stock levels accordingly.

  1. A stock order is created and saved with the status Ordered.

  2. When the actual shipment arrives at the business location, the merchant must confirm delivery in the app.

  3. By marking the order as Received, Y-POS automatically:

    • Moves all products from the order into inventory

    • Updates stock levels

    • Makes items available for sale

  4. The merchant can verify updated stock levels in the Remains tab.

  1. Go to Stock Management → Stock Orders.

    • Edit
