Steps to Make an Appointment
  1. Navigate to the Calendar (Appointments View)

    • From the main screen, tap the Appointments icon at the bottom of the screen. This will open the calendar view where you can see all the scheduled appointments for the day.
  2. Select the Desired Date and Time

    • On the calendar screen, choose the date for the appointment by using the arrows to scroll between days (e.g., "09 October 2024"). You can also tap on a specific time slot (e.g., 11:00 AM) to start scheduling the appointment.
  3. Add Client Information

    • Once the time slot is selected, you will need to add or choose a client. Enter the client’s name (e.g., "Grace Dowson") and any contact details if it’s a new client.
    • You may have the option to edit or update the client information through icons for phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram (visible in the top section).
  4. Select Services

    • After choosing the client, tap the “Add service” button to select a service from your list. For example, choose “Men Haircut”. The screen will display the service duration (e.g., 30 minutes) and price (e.g., £70.00).
    • You can add multiple services if needed by selecting the “Add service” button again.
  5. Assign Staff Member

    • Ensure that the appointment is assigned to the correct staff member (e.g., Alex Gor). This field may auto-fill based on staff availability, or you can manually select a staff member.
  6. Confirm Appointment Details

    • Review the appointment details: date, time, client name, service(s), and staff. If everything looks correct, tap the "Confirm" button at the bottom to finalize the appointment.
  7. Additional Actions (Optional)

    • If necessary, you can take additional actions before confirming, like sending reminders or making modifications, by tapping the "Actions" button.
